Workplaces are important to me while exploring about social issues because most people spend the majority of their lifetime at work.

In this body of work, I was trying to find a relationship between the nature of different jobs with the way worksplaces were decorated.

Stuff like religious symbols, family pictures, sportsmen flyers, political portraits, traditional crafts and many more visual elements are used by people in traditional, Iranian bazaars/markets to represent job owners’ interests, insights and beliefs. To me that’s how people express their identity by objects/images/symbols rather than words or straight behaviors.

By referring to most of these elements we can indirectly find much about their identity, thoughts, moods and even any dualities in their characters.
